Complete Vertical Integration
From Cashmere Goat to Bespoke Suit

Most suit manufacturers start at the cutting table. We start at the pasture. Our cashmere goat farm in Yulin, Shaanxi — combined with in-house fabric sourcing, pattern development, and manufacturing — gives us end-to-end control over quality that no middleman-dependent factory can match.

The Yulin Cashmere Farm

In the transition zone between the Mu Us Desert and the Loess Plateau — Yulin, Shaanxi Province — our cashmere goats graze at 1,200 meters above sea level. The arid, cold climate and mineral-rich pasture create the ideal conditions for producing some of the finest cashmere fiber in the world.

We raise the Shaanxi Northern White Cashmere Goat, a breed refined over 25 years of selective breeding. Their undercoat produces fiber with a diameter of just 14.5 microns or less — putting our raw cashmere in the "ultra-fine" category, comparable to the most exclusive cashmere on the global market.

The Breed

Shaanxi Northern White Cashmere Goat

This breed is the result of decades of genetic improvement — crossing Liaoning cashmere goats with local Shaanxi black goats to create an animal that thrives in the harsh northern climate while producing exceptional fiber.

Why this matters for your garments:

Cashmere from goats raised in colder, drier climates produces a denser, finer undercoat. The Yulin region's winter temperatures regularly drop below -20 C, triggering the goats to develop an exceptionally warm, fine undercoat. When harvested each spring, this fiber is longer, softer, and more resilient than cashmere from milder regions.

The breed is also known for its disease resistance and low-stress temperament — factors that directly affect fiber quality. Stressed animals produce coarser, more brittle hair.

Verified Quality

Certifications & Compliance

Every batch of our cashmere is independently tested and certified. Your clients can wear our garments with confidence — and with documentation to prove it.

Fiber Lab Test Report

Independent lab analysis by SGS / Intertek / CTI. Each batch tested for fiber diameter, coarse hair content, and chemical safety compliance (REACH). Certified results for micron count, purity ratio, and colorfastness.

✓ REACH Compliant

Sustainable Cashmere Certification

Farmed to GCS / SFA / RWS standards. Good Cashmere Standard, Sustainable Fibre Alliance, or Responsible Wool Standard — certified animal welfare, land management, and supply chain traceability from pasture to processing.

✓ Ethically Farmed

OEKO-TEX Standard 100

World's leading textile safety certification. Every component — threads, buttons, linings, interlinings — tested for harmful substances. Class I certified (safe for infants), the strictest OEKO-TEX category. Your garments are skin-safe and legally compliant.

Competitive Advantage

Why Vertical Integration Matters to Your Business

When a factory relies on third-party fabric traders, middlemen, and outsourced workshops, quality becomes a negotiation — not a guarantee. Every handoff introduces risk: inconsistent materials, communication gaps, delayed timelines.

Vertical integration eliminates those handoffs. When we control the raw material (our farm), the fabric sourcing (our relationships), and the manufacturing (our factory), there is no one to blame and nowhere to hide. The result is measurable:

Cost Savings vs. Disaggregated Supply

This is the difference between a manufacturer who assembles and one who creates. When your clients ask where their suit came from, you will have an answer that goes all the way back to the pasture.
